LorAnn's super strength flavours (also known as candy oils or flavouring oils) are three to four times the strength of water or alcohol-based flavourings or extracts.
You can use these unsweetened oils in hard candy, general candy making, chocolate, fudge, truffels, cakes, cookies, fondant, frosting, ice cream and a wide variety of other baking and confectionery applications.
Note: When substituting these flavors for extracts, use ¼ to ½ teaspoon for 1 teaspoon of extract.

I'm more tham happy to leave a review. Excellent customer service, prompt, delivery, an exceptional product range.
I make and decorate special occasion cakes. Wouldn't be without Key Lime Essence/Oil. A small drop of Key Lime Essence in buttercream piped on cakes, cupcakes etc adds great flavour. Especially Lemon Yoghurt cakes.
